Overview
The WastePac HX500-38T is a powerful semi-automatic horizontal baler built to handle bulky, high-volume waste streams with ease. Producing square-edged bales up to 500kg, it’s ideal for processing cardboard, paper, PET bottles, soft plastics, aluminium, textiles, and bulk bags. Its wide infeed opening is designed to accommodate oversized or awkward items.
Equipped with V-shaped serrated shear blades, high- and low-pressure baling modes, and a full bale ejection system, the HX500-38T ensures clean cuts, consistent compaction, and reliable throughput. Standard features include a vertical hydraulic end door, bale counter, hour meter, and Hardox plating for extended durability. Optional extras such as fast cycle times, bin tippers, power pack upgrades, and custom hopper fit-outs allow you to tailor the baler to your operational needs.
