Overview
The WastePac HX800-65T is a powerful semi-automatic horizontal baler engineered for heavy-duty performance. With an impressive 65-tonne compaction force, it’s purpose-built for managing bulky waste streams including cardboard, paper, pallets, timber, and general industrial waste.
The HX800-65T features anti-jam serrated shear blades and cutting knives, with hydraulic full bale ejection through a vertically raised end door. Its oversized feed aperture allows for easy loading of large or irregular materials, while Hardox plating adds durability in high-wear areas. Standard features include bale full and pre-full signals, dual-pressure settings, wire holders, and a bale counter with hour meter for precise operation tracking.
Optional extras such as faster 56-second cycle time, oil cooler, bin tippers, wall chutes, and auto start/stop functions allow full customisation. Ideal for high-volume operations seeking robust, reliable compaction with minimal downtime.
