With the ability to remove bead bundles from tyres measuring up to 4 metres in overall diameter (158.6 inches) and 59.1 inches in width, it stands as an industry-leading machine in its class. Designed to handle sizes from 20.5R25 through to 59/80R63, this unit delivers exceptional capability and precision.
Engineered for safety and performance, the Eagle OTR Debeader features hydraulically adjustable alloy die plates, a high-powered hydraulic shear for trimming excess rubber, and a fully integrated hydraulic crane for bead removal. Operators benefit from wireless remote control and emergency stop buttons for full control and safety. A hydraulically adjustable tyre cage provides stable positioning during operation.
