Overview
The WastePac WT3080 is a compact yet powerful single shaft shredder, purpose-built for processing up to 500 kg per hour of diverse recyclables including plastics, e-waste, cardboard, paper, textiles, timber, and film. Offering three rotor configurations, it can be tailored to match your material type featuring a high-performance rotor for general recyclables, a hard material rotor for dense items like ABS, PC and Nylon, and a film rotor designed to prevent wrapping on lightweight, flexible materials.
With a shaft speed of 83 rpm and 30kW rotor power, the WT3080 delivers consistent throughput in a space-efficient footprint. Standard features include a hydraulic pusher ram, hardened DC53 steel rotor knives, material sizing screens, auto-reverse protection, and a durable integrated power pack. Optional extras such as force-feeding rams, custom hoppers, conveyors, and access platforms ensure flexibility for your specific workflow. Reliable, adaptable, and easy to maintain, the WT3080 is ideal for operators needing performance in a compact package.
