Overview
The CRS Air Master is an innovative air separation unit engineered for efficient trommel fines recovery. Designed and manufactured by CRS, this semi-mobile unit excels at separating light and heavy materials in a wide variety of waste streams. Its integrated Vibrating Feeder ensures a consistent feed to the air drum, while standard electrical drum positional control allows for precise airflow adjustments.
Built with a unique chassis and adjustable support legs, the Air Master offers excellent stability and installation flexibility – whether used as a standalone wall-mounted system or integrated with a conveyor setup. Powered by a 15 kW fan, it achieves high separation efficiency while maintaining low operational and maintenance costs.
Also available in the range is the Air Max, a heavy-duty version powered by a 30 kW fan for more demanding throughput requirements.
Optional upgrades include single or double drum configurations, heavies and lights conveyors, magnetic head drums for ferrous retrieval, and modular support frames – allowing full customisation to suit application needs.
