The CRS Mobile Tracked Screen, proudly part of the Vertech equipment range, revolutionises on-site material processing by combining flip flow screening with traditional scalping in a single compact unit. Designed for efficiency and flexibility, it delivers the capabilities of two machines in one—cutting capital investment, servicing, and operational costs.
Ideal for tight urban sites, the CRS-038 model features a minimal footprint and a rapid 9-minute setup time, making it perfect for mobile or confined recycling environments. Its advanced screen deck design—featuring 14 Vulkalon mats with clip fasteners—ensures maximum agitation and eliminates blockages, binding, and plugging. The unit handles a wide variety of materials with up to 4 splits plus metals, aided by a magnetic head drum, air separation unit, and suction fan for light fraction removal.
Fully adjustable belt and screen speeds, various screen deck options (3D, finger bar, or punch plate), and compatibility with CRS Mobile Picking Stations make this a highly versatile screening solution. Built-in power packs drive tracks, screenbox, and conveyors for seamless deployment.
