The Vertech VER123M Mobile Picking Station is a high-capacity onsite sorting solution designed to recover up to six material streams in a single pass. Featuring 3 bays and 6 picking stations it provides flexibility, improved material quality and increased recovery performance across C&D, C&I, organic and municipal waste streams.
Overview
The Vertech VER123M Mobile Picking Station, supplied and supported by Waste Initiatives across Australia, is a highly mobile material separation solution designed to recover multiple waste streams efficiently and safely.
Engineered as an all-in-one onsite sorting platform, the VER123M enables operators to extract numerous material types from mixed waste streams across multiple sites. With rapid setup, onboard power and an air-conditioned cabin, it delivers flexibility, safety and high recovery performance in one integrated mobile system.
The VER123M is designed the same as the VER122M, however it contains one additional bay or two sorting points. It is built for higher-volume C&D, C&I or MSW operations requiring a larger sorting platform, increased capacity and greater on-site processing scale. Below is a comparison of the working dimensions of the three picking station options from Vertech:
| Model | Length (mm) | Width (mm) | Height (mm) |
| VER122M | 16,200 | 3,520 | 5,790 |
| VER123M | 18,750 | 3,490 | 5,560 |
The VER123M delivers a substantially larger sorting platform, supporting increased material volumes and more sorting capacity.
Best suited for:
- Higher throughput facilities
- Multi-material recovery operations
- Larger C&D processors
- Sites targeting maximum commodity extraction
Advantages:
- 50% more picking stations (6 vs 4)
- Increased material recovery potential
- Better suited to high-value segregation streams
Built for Mobility. Engineered for Recovery.
The VER123M Mobile Picking Station combines mobility, operator safety and high recovery performance into one robust platform. Backed by Waste Initiatives’ local project management, installation and national service support, it provides a practical pathway to higher recycling outcomes without investing in complex static sorting infrastructure.
