Overview
The Eagle Super Slicer is a versatile, high-performance sidewall cutter engineered for repurposing and downsizing tyres up to 44 inches in outer diameter. Designed to cleanly remove sidewalls and beads from most car and truck tyres, it supports downstream reuse applications such as creating silage weights, feed pit covers, or bumpers for docks and boats.
This machine is equipped with a hardened alloy serrated blade for precise cutting, and a hydraulic bead adjustment system to accommodate various tyre profiles. A hydraulically powered tyre lift eliminates manual lifting, improving operator safety and reducing fatigue. With an average cycle time of just 10 seconds per tyre, the Super Slicer is built for speed, consistency, and minimal maintenance.
An optional tread cutter attachment allows users to further reduce tyre size for cost-effective disposal. For facilities with lower volume or smaller tyre profiles, a compact Sidewall Cutter is also available as part of the Vertech lineup.
Available in both mobile and stationary configurations, with electric, diesel, or gas power options, the Super Slicer can be tailored to fit any processing environment.
