BinBlaster

Wheelie bins need to be cleaned occasionally. But they don’t have drainage plugs, so this means manually tipping each bin on its side, washing it down, waiting for the water and cleaning agent to drain, then lifting it back upright. With even an empty 1100L Wheelie Bin weighing up to 80kg, keeping a whole fleet of bins in hygienic condition can be a strenuous task.

The new BinBlaster solve this problem with a simple but unique idea: it draws hydraulic power from the water supply to quickly lift and tilt bins at an ergonomic height for manual washdown.

The BinBlaster features an ‘antler’ bin-hitch system which can safely lift wheelie bins from 80L right up to 1100L, with no clamping or modification. By simply turning the control lever, the bins are lifted onto their side at the optimum height for washdown. Since no electric power is required the BinBlaster can be used anywhere, and minimises the risk of electric shock.

The BinBlaster also features stainless steel construction for durability, four castor wheels for mobility, and a collapsible design for cost-effective shipping.

Optional Extras

• The standard BinBlaster is designed to suit EN840 wheelie bins. Custom bin hitches can be supplied to suit other types of bin, such as FoodCaps or US-style trash carts.
• The optional BinBlaster recirculation system is designed for use in water-scarce environments. It consists of a plastic water catchment tank with an integrated filter, and hose fittings for connection to a cleaning pump or pressure washer (available separately).
