The Paddle Depacker S from Mavitec, part of the Vertech equipment range, is a compact, high-efficiency depackaging unit that cleanly separates packaging from organic material. Designed for smaller-scale operations or space-conscious facilities, this model delivers the same powerful performance as larger systems in a reduced footprint, without compromising on output quality.
Capable of producing more than 99.7% clean organic fraction, the Paddle Depacker S is ideal for recovering bio-waste for reuse in composting, soil enrichment, animal feed, and other organic recycling streams. It features a robust, low-maintenance construction with quick-opening doors, bolt-free screen exchange, and low-noise stainless steel splash shields for operator comfort and easy cleaning.
With low installed power and an integrated electrical control panel, the unit is both energy efficient and simple to operate. Optional extras include various screen and hopper sizes, bin tippers or conveyors for infeed, discharge conveyors, water sprayers, and subframes for direct discharge to bins.
