Overview
The WastePac HX800-80T is the most powerful semi-automatic horizontal baler in the Wastepac range, delivering an impressive 80-tonne compaction force. Designed for high-throughput applications, it easily handles bulky and challenging materials including cardboard, paper, soft plastics, PET bottles, textiles, aluminium, and bulk bags.
Its extra-wide feed aperture accommodates large loads, while anti-jam serrated shear blades and cutting knives ensure clean, efficient compaction. Standard features include full hydraulic bale ejection via a vertically raised end door, Hardox-plated chamber, bale full and pre-full signals, dual-pressure settings, bale counter, and wire holder.
Optional extras such as a 56-second power-pack upgrade, bin tippers, wall chutes, and custom hoppers provide added flexibility. Ideal for industrial facilities and recycling operations requiring maximum power, durability, and throughput with easy, semi-automatic operation.
