The TR90 Twin Ram Horizontal Baler from Vertech is a heavy-duty solution designed for medium-volume waste processors handling rigid and high-resistance materials. With 90 tonnes of pressing force and a cycle time between 14–24 seconds, it’s built to compact materials like car bumpers, PET bottles, HDPE, hard plastics, and light metals with ease.
Bale dimensions are fixed at 750mm (H) x 1100mm (W), with variable lengths from 1050mm to 1450mm to suit your material type and transport needs. Engineered for durability, the TR90 features a replaceable shear knife, wear plates, and a continuous feed design for maximum uptime. Its low noise operation and intuitive touchscreen interface ensure safe and user-friendly control in busy environments.
With energy-saving features like auto sleep mode and low power consumption, the TR90 is a smart addition to any recycling facility. Optional upgrades include PET perforators, dejamming cylinders, power pack enhancements, and custom hopper designs.
