Overview
The Olnova 65 Series Mobile Shredder is engineered for high-capacity waste processing, offering a powerful and efficient solution for diverse shredding demands. With a throughput capacity of up to 40 tonnes per hour (depending on material), the 65 Series excels in tackling green and dry wood, pallets, tree roots, white goods, tyres, cable spools, household refuse, and construction & demolition waste.
Available in three configurations to suit different operational needs:
– Mobile (VB 65 DK): Track-mounted with a robust 280 hp (200 kW) diesel engine for full mobility and high performance on dynamic job sites.
– Hook Lift (VB 65 D): Diesel-powered with the same engine, this version allows for easy transport between locations.
– Stationary (VB 65 E): Fitted with dual 120 hp (90 kW) electric motors, offering quiet, energy-efficient operation with low running costs.
Designed for productivity and ease of use, the 65 Series includes remote control functionality, a hydraulic discharge conveyor, durable shredding parts, reverse shaft mode to prevent jams, and an ESD system for added protection. Optional upgrades include overbelt magnet, water sprinkling, reversible fans, sieve systems, and Industry 4.0 remote diagnostics and performance analytics.
