Overview
The Olnova 75 Series Mobile Shredder is a heavy-duty, German-engineered primary shredder designed for high-throughput applications in demanding environments. With a processing capacity of up to 60 tonnes per hour (material dependent), it’s ideal for shredding green and dry wood, pallets, tyres, cable spools, railway sleepers, telephone poles, C&D waste, and household waste.
Available in multiple configurations:
- Mobile (VB 75 DK): Track-mounted and powered by a robust 380 hp (283 kW) diesel engine for exceptional mobility and on-site efficiency.
- Hook Lift (VB 75 D): Diesel-powered with the same engine, featuring easy transport via hook lift setup.
- Stationary (VB 75 E): Fitted with two 177 hp (132 kW) electric motors for consistent, energy-efficient performance in fixed installations.
The 75 Series offers smart functionality and safety with remote control, reverse shaft mode, an ESD system to prevent electrical damage, and a hydraulic discharge conveyor for streamlined outfeed. Optional extras include overbelt magnets, water sprinkling systems, reversible radiator fans, sieve systems for material separation, additional conveyors, and current generators for the electric model.
Integrated with Industry 4.0 technology, the system supports real-time remote diagnostics, feedback, and performance monitoring across the globe—delivering the Vertech promise of robust, reliable, and future-focused waste processing technology.
