The Olnova Model 5 is a high-performance mobile shredder purpose-built for on-site processing of construction and demolition waste, asphalt, concrete, wood waste, plastic, and biomass. As part of the Vertech equipment range, it offers unmatched flexibility thanks to its track suspension and hook lift mechanism, making it ideal for challenging job sites and dynamic recycling operations.
At its core, the Model 5 features cost-effective and efficient VOLVO TAD series diesel engines, engineered for maximum uptime and reduced fuel consumption. Its advanced shredding chamber includes a quick shaft replacement system, hydraulically controlled side combs, and reverse shaft mode, enhancing safety and ease of maintenance. With three shredding modes—wood, universal, and asynchronous—the machine adapts to varied input materials with precision.
Additional features include a tilting hopper for versatile loading, overbelt magnet for metal recovery, and a hydraulic discharge conveyor for smooth outfeed. Its Industry 4.0 module allows for global remote diagnostics, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
