CRS 820 Heavy Duty Trommel

The CRS 820 Heavy Duty Trommel is a robust and versatile stationary screening solution, with a capacity of 100 m³ p/Hr.

With robust welded construction and a composite chassis ensuring unparalleled durability, this trommel screen boasts a customisable 2000 mm drum diameter and 8000 mm screening length. From 12 to 120 mm, it provides a adaptable range of screening options. Engineered for optimal efficiency and reliability, its heavy-duty plate steel drum includes a bolt-in punch plate for effortless replacement, complemented by SKF bearings integrated throughout the trommel for seamless operation.

Powered by a robust 4 x 5.5 Kw motor system, with four drive wheels independently driven by a Nord slip-on gear motor drive, offering variable speed control (VSD), to suit different screening requirements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in every application.

Safety guards and lifting bars for aggressive screening ensure smooth operation and maintenance, with walkways & covers as standard.

Optional features include hoppers, feeders, side walls, conveyors and secondary screens.
