The Eagle Tyre Punch Cutter efficiently splits Off-the-Road (OTR) tyres down the centre of the tread, handling sizes from 39-inch rims up to 14-foot diameters. Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC), it operates automatically or manually, rotating around the tyre and cutting up to 8-inch per punch with a 10-inch blade.
This tyre punch cutter is positioned against the tyre using a telehandler and completes punch cutting in around 8 minutes per tyre. Its precision cutting reduces rubber mess, making the recycling process cleaner and more efficient. This equipment is ideal for Australian facilities needing to downsize large OTR tyres.
