Overview
The Eagle Mobile Tyre Punch Cutter II is a portable, high-performance solution designed to split massive OTR tyres with unmatched precision. Capable of handling tyres up to 14 feet in diameter, 39-inch rims, and 37 inches in tread width, it’s ideal for processing ultra-heavy-duty tyres such as 70/70/57 models with up to 14 inches of solid shoulder rubber.
Engineered for portability and efficiency, the Punch Cutter II makes clean 5–6-inch cuts using a 10-inch heat-treated alloy blade. A hydraulically adjustable cage holds the tyre firmly while the PLC system rotates it for automated, hands-free punching. Operators can switch between manual or fully automated modes, making it suitable for both supervised and unattended operations.
Four hydraulic-powered bed rollers ensure smooth tyre rotation, while the entire unit operates on a turntable that enhances precision. A full cut on a 12–14 ft tyre takes just 10–12 minutes. The Eagle Punch Cutter II is available with electric or diesel power options, and can be equipped with a wireless remote for remote operation.
