The Eagle Sidewall Cutter is a premium tyre downsizing solution engineered for tyre shops, yards, and recycling operations managing end-of-life (EOL) car and truck tyres. With capacity to process tyres up to super single size, this machine delivers precision sidewall cutting with speed, safety, and convenience.
Equipped with a hardened alloy, serrated-edge blade, the Sidewall Cutter ensures clean, consistent cuts. Its hydraulically powered tyre lift eliminates manual handling, streamlining the loading process and improving operator safety. Cycle times average 7 seconds for car tyres and 11 seconds for truck tyres, boosting overall throughput and productivity.
An optional tread cutter attachment allows for complete tyre downsizing, reducing disposal costs and increasing efficiency. With a peak capacity of up to 120 tyres per hour (when equipped), this cutter is ideal for medium to high-volume facilities.
Available in mobile or stationary models, with your choice of electric, diesel, or gas power options, the Eagle Sidewall Cutter adapts easily to varied operational environments. For larger truck tyres up to 44″”, the Super Slicer model is also available.
