Our tyre shearing units are designed to efficiently downsize car, 4×4, truck, OTR and mining tyres to the operator’s specified dimensions, ensuring minimal cleanup thanks to their clean-cut design that produces no rubber waste. Additionally, the eagle sidewall cutters facilitate the easy removal of sidewalls from car, truck, and OTR tyres. We provide both portable and stationary models, with options for electric, gas, or diesel motors to suit diverse operational needs.
Complimenting the Eagle range of shears, are the Eagle Debeaders, suitable for tyres up to OTR dimensions. Combining the OTR de-beader with the Punch Cutters or Titan Shears complete an impressive fully mobile OTR downsizing solution, to handle highly demanding processing.
Tyre Shears
Eagle Tyre Shears are available in both portable and stationary configurations, with electric, diesel, or gas-powered options to suit a range of site requirements. The Eagle Titan II cuts OTR and mining tyres up to 14ft in diameter and 44″ wide. Hydraulic control and trailer-mounted for maximum cutting power and mobility.
The Eagle Titan OTR Cutter handles tyres up to 8ft diameter and 38” wide. Hydraulic rollers and probe ensure fast, safe cuts. Diesel or electric options available.
The Eagle Tuf-Cut cuts up to three tyres at once, including 23.5/25, 12-ply. Portable or stationary, with tyre lift, clean cuts, and rotatable blades for efficiency.
The Eagle Tuf-Cut II handles oversized tyres up to 1 ton with ease. Hydraulic lift, powered rollers, and clean cuts make it ideal for high-volume waste sites.
