The industrial WastePac 550 Heavy Duty Baler, the largest and most heavy-duty vertical baler in the range designed for industrial use. With its unmatched capacity and impressive pressing force of 50 Tons, this baler sets the standard in the WastePac vertical baler range.
It excels in demanding applications with superior bale density, making it ideal for compressing high-resistance materials such as tyres, bulk bags, textiles, HDPE, PET, and even soft metals.
Thanks to its long hydraulic ram system, this powerhouse boasts a mill-sized bale, delivering dense bales weighing up to 550kg. The retaining claws minimise spring back, ensuring optimal compactness. Large bale handling is easy with the fully automated bale ejector, simplifying bale removal. Equipped with twin rams, this baler guarantees smooth and efficient operation.
For added durability, the optional galvanised finish provides enhanced resistance against corrosion. Additionally, the sliding door option offers convenient access to loading materials.
