Olnova 75 Series Mobile Shredder

Introducing the Olnova 75 Series mobile shredder, engineered for processing a wide array of materials, including waste wood (green and dry wood, tree roots, pallets), cable spools, tyres, railway sleepers, telephone poles, household, and C&D waste. The 75 series are equipped with a modern diesel or electric engines, and can be made in both stationary and mobile version;

 

– Mobile (VB 75 DK): Equipped with tracks and a robust 380/283 hp/kW diesel engine, providing mobility and power wherever needed.

 

– Hook Lift (VB 75 D): Featuring a robust 380/283 hp/kW diesel engine, this model offers flexibility and ease of transport with its hook lift design.

 

– Stationary (VB 75 E): Powered by reliable 2 x 177/132 hp/kW electric motors, ensuring consistent low consumption performance.

 

Boasting a robust design and advanced features, these primary shredders offer a capacity of up to 60 T/h (depending on material) along with essential functionalities such as the ESD System, Hydraulic conveyor, Reverse shafts mode, and Remote control for seamless operation.

 

Additional equipment options include an Overbelt Magnet, a Water Sprinkling System, Reversible Fans for Radiator Cleaning, a System of sieves or sifters for material separation, and customisation according to customer requirements. With Industry 4.0 integration, the 75 Series provides remote performance analysis, customer feedback, and troubleshooting on a global scale, ensuring unparalleled efficiency and reliability in primary shredding applications.
