Titan II Tyre Cutter

The Eagle Titan II is a premium tyre cutter, engineered to effectively cut through substantial off-the-road (OTR) and mining tyres, accommodating those up to 44 inches in tread width and 14 feet in diameter. For tyres exceeding 44 inches in width, the Titan II can reduce their size after they have been initially cut with the Punch Cutter or Punch Cutter II. Its HP diesel engine, specially designed cylinder mount, and blade design ensure equal cutting pressure throughout the cycle.

 

Equipped with five hydraulically driven rollers, the Titan II expertly maneuvers tyres into optimal cutting positions and features a probe to secure tyres, allowing operators to control cut sizes. The unit is integrated into a specially designed trailer for complete mobility and functionality.
