The Andela GP-05L is a compact, complete glass pulverising system engineered for smaller recycling operations, including small municipalities, island communities, and independent depots. With a typical throughput of 1 tonne per hour (capable of up to 2T/hr depending on input conditions), it is ideal for efficiently converting all types of glass—including gallon-size containers—into a reusable mix of gravel and sand.
Designed to simplify glass waste management at the local level, the GP-05L delivers a high volume-reduction ratio and produces a “safe-glass” output that’s free of sharp edges. The system also includes built-in screening to remove non-glass contaminants such as caps, ceramics, and labels, ensuring a clean, ready-to-use aggregate.
The GP-05L is simple to operate and maintain, with options to further customise its setup with options such as bin lifters, custom hoppers, trommels, conveyors, and surge hoppers based on specific site needs.
