Overview
The Andela AGC1 is a rugged, American-made portable glass crusher designed for medium to high-volume operations. Capable of processing up to 3 tonnes of glass cullet per hour, it’s the ideal solution for product destruction, beverage depots, or any site needing a durable, mobile glass reduction system.
This unit combines a heavy-duty feed conveyor with a patented flexible impactor crushing chamber, enabling quiet, efficient reduction of glass into uniform cullet. Its abrasion-resistant steel construction ensures long service life, even under continuous operation. Non-glass items like bottle caps or labels can pass through without bridging or clogging, offering maximum uptime and minimal maintenance.
Broken glass is discharged directly into a bin or Gaylord under the chute, and the system’s portability allows it to be deployed across multiple locations as needed. The AGC1 is compact, easy to operate, and suited for applications requiring flexibility without sacrificing throughput.
Optional extras include bin lifter infeed, discharge options for different bin types, and liquid catchment trays for handling full bottles.
