The Andela GP-MINI is a compact yet high-performing glass pulverising system, designed to process up to 500kg of glass bottles per hour with a compaction ratio of 5:1. As part of the Vertech premium range, this entry-level crusher is ideal for applications where space is limited but volume reduction is essential including remote islands, off-grid campsites, mining camps, resorts, or defence bases.
Capable of handling bottles up to 20cm in diameter, the GP-MINI produces a safe-to-handle mix of sand and aggregate, free from sharp edges and screened of non-glass contaminants like caps, labels, and ceramics. The processed output is versatile and can be reused as drainage aggregate, road base, or even replenished onto beaches, supporting sustainability goals.
Features include a mounted bin for easy collection, a dust removal port, and simple operation with minimal maintenance. Optional extras like a bin lifter, feed conveyor, or trommel can further tailor the system to suit specific waste streams and site needs.
