The Andela GPT-1HD is a heavy-duty glass pulveriser system designed for mid-sized materials recovery facilities (MRFs) and recycling centres handling high volumes of post-consumer glass. With a throughput capacity of 3 to 5 tonnes per hour, this system is built to maximise glass recovery from mixed MRF feedstocks, including fines and residual streams that are often discarded.
The GPT-1HD is typically configured with a surge hopper, feed conveyor, and sizing trommel to efficiently segregate output into clean sand, aggregate, and remaining residue.
