The CL AUTO-TIE Horizontal Baler from Vertech is purpose-built for high-volume applications, this automatic baler delivers exceptional performance in paper mills, MRFs, and industrial recycling facilities. It is especially effective for processing OCC, ONP, PET bottles, metals, and soft plastics.
With a powerful 180HP motor and a continuous feed design, the CL Series handles demanding workloads with ease, achieving production rates of up to 25 tonnes per hour. Its 150-ton pressing force ensures consistently dense bales, maximising payload and storage efficiency.
Built for durability, the CL AUTO-TIE includes a Hardox-lined chamber, interlocked maintenance doors, and CAT3 electrical safety. Smart features like touchscreen HMI, remote programming, and a multi-linkage jaw clamp add automation and control to your operations.
