K750 Compact Cable Granulator
The Stokkermill K750 provides an entry point for professional cable recycling, combining a three-rotating-blade and two-stationary-blade mill with a dry densimetric separation table in a compact, plug-and-play machine.
Interchangeable classifier screens allow the K750 to process regular electrical cable, fine telecommunications and data wire, and larger rigid cable. Stokkermill positions the K750 for businesses entering professional cable recycling or looking to recover additional value from internally generated electrical scrap.

FLEXI Cable Granulators
Stokkermill FLEXI cable granulators provide the next step in processing capacity, with models designed for copper and aluminium cable as well as copper-aluminium radiators.
The FLEXI range uses robust three-rotating-blade grinding mills manufactured from a single steel block without welded parts. A particularly useful feature is the ability to subsequently install Stokkermill’s TURBO refining device, providing an upgrade pathway as processing requirements increase.
FLEXI granulators can also be connected to PS Series pre-shredders using NST conveyors to form part of a complete cable recycling plant.

The systems are designed to separate copper and aluminium from insulating coatings such as PVC and rubber while maintaining a relatively compact footprint.

MULTI-FLEX Industrial Cable Recycling Plants
At the upper end of the Stokkermill cable recycling range, MULTI-FLEX Turbo Zig-Zag systems are designed for high-volume commercial cable processing.
MULTI-FLEX combines three principal processing units: a grinding mill, refining turbine and densimetric table. The separate grinding mill improves system flexibility and helps with heat dissipation, vibration management and routine maintenance.
A TURBO cell refiner allows very fine cables, including telephone, data and capillary cables, to be processed without requiring extensive pre-sorting. The Zig-Zag system provides additional separation of rigid cable fractions.
