The Barclay Classifier, adaptable to 2” (50 mm), 4” (100 mm) and 6″ (150 mm) output sizing, complements the Barclay shredders and conveyors, by improving operational efficiency, ensuring only the rubber that requires further size reduction is reprocessed.
The classifer optimises the tyre shredding system by accurately screening tyres of consistent sizing, to ensure the maximum amount of usable material is produced from each tyre.
With a 50 ft² (4.6 m²) screening area and an integrated 5 hp inverter gearmotor, it economically processes up to 16 tons of material per hour. 7 heavy-duty shafts and disc screening with abrasion-resistant discs, maximise uptime and minimise maintenance, increasing work quality and production.
