Shredders
Our range of industrial shredders is designed to meet different throughput and output requirements:
- Single Shaft Shredders: High-volume shredders with output size determined by a perforated screen. Suitable for plastic recycling, municipal solid waste (MSW), and waste-to-energy plants.
- Dual Shaft Shredders: Slow-speed shredders for heavy-duty size reduction, ideal for applications where precise output sizes are not critical, such as abattoirs, tyres, and e-scrap.
- Four Shaft Shredders: Equipped with a perforated screen, these shredders ensure consistent product size. The secondary cutters re-shred oversized materials, making them perfect for vertically fed operations.
Essential for safe and efficient waste handling, these components help load waste into the system through bin lifters or directly into in-feed hoppers.
Configurable in various ways, conveyors transport waste efficiently through the system, utilising infeed and outfeed setups.
Screw augers transport and break up bulky waste, with the option to drain liquid, before entering the shredder or granulator system.
Used secondary to shredders or standalone for finer size reduction down to 3mm. The smaller the screen size, the slower the processing time.
Our separating systems, including magnetic separators, blowers, and trommels, help achieve cleaner waste streams. Magnetic separators remove unwanted metal, air separators/blowers handle heavy and light materials, and trommels sort products by size.
